As a result of using these blue light blocking glasses, I found that my eyes felt less tired and strained after long periods of screen time. The glasses are lightweight and comfortable to wear. However, I wish the design was more fashionable as they look quite generic. Overall, I would recommend these glasses to anyone looking for an affordable solution to screen fatigue.
