The best part about Secureworks is when you get calls back within minutes and there's always someone at your disposal who has the answers to any questions you have. I think it would be great for them to provide more training so that less experienced employees could learn how to use their products. Also, when you call for support, it can take days or even weeks before you actually speak with anyone. It would be nice if you could talk to someone on the phone rather than waiting to talk to a different person every time. For now, I will continue using them and I'm glad I did. There were no other options available to me at the time. The support team at Secureworks was very helpful in allowing us to get back to work as soon as possible. They helped minimize downtime and made sure everything worked properly after the incident.
