Updated 09/13/18 Still good, tough and shiny! I used my ring as a hook while painting, and under the pressure of the weight of my phone and my general roughness, it came loose. I taped the ring to a piece of plastic to keep it sticky and read that a few weeks later and it's still sticking like it never happened. I didn't replace the sticker, it just refills well. Excellent investment! I use the ring a lot and it still moves and works like new! By the way, I use silver. These rings are very durable. They open and twist very hard which I think makes them more functional as a grip and stand. They are shiny, like in the photo, and cute, small. I was able to pull one out of the case very slowly and patiently, wiggling it back and forth a few times before the sticky adhesive eventually separated from the ring and remained on my phone. I was able to completely remove it from the phone using the same slow and patient peeling method. Thus, after installation, it can be removed and replaced or kept for later. It even comes with extra sticky pads and a film to attach once removed to keep for later. It sticks strong enough that I can hold my heavy iPhone 8 Plus by the ring and twirl it around. The only downside for me is not being able to use my wireless charger or car mount. The ring blocks the wireless charging connection and makes my phone too thick for a car mount. You can probably just place the ring below to be able to charge your phone wirelessly. Overall I am happy with my rings!
