Was very quick and easy to set up without tools, easy to fold and not too heavy --- and that's for the little one! I currently have it set up in a 2x4 configuration for a small pup. I like that the panels can be easily formed into any shape. It came with ground stakes/anchors although mine will be used indoors for now. Of the many playpens available from Revain, I chose this one because it comes with a one year warranty. Time will tell how useful this is, although I hope I don't use it. It just reassures me that they are willing to offer a guarantee! I chose the 30 inch height because I wanted it to be difficult for the pup to walk away. Didn't want to buy a 24" and upgrade later. Only problem is I can't go above the 30" big but I thought it would be ok since it has a dog door! I don't know what "corner stabilizers" are, but I didn't get them. I'm not sure about the quality control either. There are some rough edges. The "Pet Trex" mark is just a sticker that can be removed after the first wash. Some of the wires don't match. I don't know about the "heavy" part of the latches as they don't even line up properly. I used binder clips instead as the bars didn't feel strong at all. When I received it the finish was already worn off so I'm not sure how durable it actually is.
