That does not work? Best in Spare Parts

I finally installed this fan but it won't turn on at all. The second fan did not turn off even with the ignition switched off. This doesn't turn on at all. I've been giving it a few days and still nothing. Guess I'm F'd as it's already installed and it took me 2 months :-/ .sighsss
