Tablet case review: Overall this is the best tablet case but an inferior keyboard to the standard best buy keyboard I bought for my previous generation Galaxy tablet. Bluetooth connection is slow and missing so much that I have to buy something else. Improvements include: * More secure save system. The "official" case would often make my old tablet slip out of the bottom bracket that didn't fit the front of the tablet. This case will hold securely.* Removable pad for adjusting hand position/focus range.* Universal Angle Positioning: Acceptable, if not fantastic, without a keyboard. (However, print on a flat surface.) * Screen protector. Features to improve the design of this product: * Bluetooth connection is very slow, which slows down my WPM significantly or forces me to correct missing letters every 2-3 words. It's only good for short, casual use.* The holding style covers a few millimeters of the top and bottom of the touchscreen, leaving insufficient room to swipe the top/bottom bar across the screen from full-screen mode. You either have to pry open the case each time or cut out a gap to allow your finger to reach each edge of your screen (like in my photo), which unfortunately adds to the crap of the mounting system as the rigid mount goes through those areas, but it holds yours Screen still secure and won't drop like the OEM case for my old Galaxy. It has a home button on the keyboard, which helps, but carrying the keyboard with you and only charging it to switch apps or adjust the brightness while watching Netflix seems like overkill. * There is no automatic sleep mode when closed or not in use, and the battery will drain quickly if you forget to turn it off manually. This exacerbates the problem of needing a keyboard to access the scroll up/down options. * The pen loop is too thin/firm for a regular touch pen and too low to accommodate the standard position of the pen clip rather than trying to force the body into the loop. That includes the stylus that comes with the case.* It would be nice if this product used the same charging system as the tablet it was designed for (USBC instead of mini-USB) so you can use the same charger. * Material doesn't feel like it will hold up well over time, but should be strong enough to last a year or two, and for 1/3 the price of an "official" case, you always should nor exceed the tablet lifespan. * The screen protector was about 0.5mm too long in the short direction and hit the tablet frame on one side or the other no matter what the position. Cropping isn't that difficult. Review says camera holes mismatch: it's possible the old model of the Galaxy was trying to fit this case. The holes are exactly where they should be for both 2019 Galaxy cameras. Bottom Line: Actual case retention is better than the OEM case I had for my previous generation Galaxy, but other cases may have more leeway but the keyboard doesn't. a huge improvement over the standard swype keyboard for WPM and/or the frequency of having to correct missing letters which would result in me having to buy something else anyway. I will not buy again.
