I am so happy with this remote control. It arrived in perfect condition and replaced the exact model of remote I needed with an original Vizio which for some reason the buttons literally melted and became sticky and sticky with very little use. I have contacted Vizio and asked for a replacement remote and they have been very unhelpful so lo and behold I will not be supporting Vizio in the future as they have treated me this way as I am tired of melting plastic/rubber material. and breaks up. I tried to support an all-American company headquartered in my city, but they couldn't even tell me how or where to find an exact replacement, so I had to do all the work.
