This is probably the first and last ear cleaning device you will EVER need to buy! Its an awesome and satisfying investment! For the price, im surprised by the image quality. It was clear enough to see just about everything in your ear, including my eardrum. The light at the end is great though it could be brighter (wish there was an option for brightness levels on the app). The app is incredibly easy to use. I was literally using it right out of the box within a minute or two. (As long as you have the latest update on your phone, it connects within seconds) Overall, very easy to use. Bebird has got some weight to it so it just feels right in the hand. I love this thing! 👍
