I would describe these baby leggings as very basic, basic and thin material. The quality is ok. The material is soft and stretchy, all black without any embellishments or frills. They're obviously catchy since they're leggings, but they're looser than you'd expect. My 20 month old daughter weighs just under 25 pounds and usually wears a size 18 or 24 month in her panties. We received these leggings in size 18/24 so I figured they would fit perfectly. It turns out that they are a bit big. Even after a few washes, these leggings are too big for her. The waist is very loose and I have to roll it up at the bottom. It's ok because she will grow in it, but you can order one size smaller. These leggings are best for spring and summer weather as they are very thin and won't keep you warm. nice to wear with a small t-shirt and also under a pretty dress. I love that they go with almost everything.
