We ordered them for my daughter's Baptism/First Communion last year and she LOVES them. She wears them with everything and they are always cute. Unfortunately, they wear out and one of the hearts fell off. She was crushed so as a surprise I ordered another pair for her. The only problem is the size. Last year due to the size of her foot and the size of her other shoes at the time I ordered a size 13 which should have room to grow. They were too small so I sent them back and ordered a size 1 which turned out to be too big. We really liked her so we used two heel clips in each shoe and she was able to walk in them, albeit not very well. Now that I'm ordering a new pair I figured a size up would be good as she still has a heel support in each shoe and that would give her room to grow. Also, all her other shoes are size 1. The size 2 shoes arrived today and she can hardly put them on because her big toe is pinched. I measured her legs and they are 7-7/8 inches long. According to the size chart, it should be size 1 or 1.5. Most reviews say they are large, but for us they turned out to be small and there was a big jump in size between a 13 and a 1. These shoes are really cute and have held up amazingly well over a year of heavy use. Just take the time to try on a size or two and swap if they don't fit as expected :) **Edited to add: I don't know why it says I ordered 5t, I have 13, 1 and 2 ordered.
