Replace the pads: my feedback
I purchased the white top only. The pads in it are super tiny and have a weird placement. I ended up replacing them with a pair from a sports bra and it helped tremendously. I may have removed them all together but with white and water I am a little hesitant. Other than that I would say it is a true to size fit - I am a 34DD and the medium is fine.
