Review on πŸ“ž Home Phone Call Blocker, One Touch Device to Block Unwanted Spam, Nuisance, Robo, Scam Calls - V4000 Large Capacity by Sade Tucker

It works, but fine.

This allows me to: - block numbers while they call me (so it only rings once when they call again) - view a list of caller ids who have called previously (so I can find out who deserves to be banned) - ban all members of this list - remove this caller id list so I don't look up a number twice (except good calls from the pharmacy, doctor, etc.) It's not that it doesn't allow me to: - whitelist - auto-block anyone with certain caller ID properties that the bad guys are using - expand storage so I can block 2000+ numbers - crowdsource to auto-block and use auto-allow So this is more of a cheaper version of the nicer ones that Revain recommends. It shares some of the same flaws as this model, as well as a few of its own. Little red button. The FCC and Silicon Valley are working to end caller ID spoofing. These calls are then automatically blocked with the help of your telephone company. Sorry Beto, I told my phone company to automatically block political calls! Sorry cancer society! So the utility of this device is limited anyway. Like most telecommunications equipment, it will soon be buried somewhere, or in an open landfill, or floating in the Pacific or Atlantic until it is ingested, escapes the food chain, and eventually becomes a tiny fraction of your next 10,000 devices. Food.
