I have four of these cameras which I bought within a year. First, I LOVE her. They have no subscription requirements and no wires running through my house. Just insert an SD card and connect it to WiFi. Motion detection on them was excellent. I had to adjust their position several times to make them notice every little detail (without lowering the sensitivity and drawing in my settings). Random neighbor cats scurry by quickly. They have a battery life of 1 1/2 to 2 months for me and that has been consistent since I bought them. They charge easily, although it takes several hours. However, my 3-star rating is due to recent camera changes. Lately I've noticed that their sensitivity/motion detection is terrible. Sometimes they just catch the door closing behind me, after I've already gotten closer, fumbling with keys, unlocking the door, opening it, etc - a few seconds of movement and activity aren't recorded. Now they also completely forgo the delivery of parcels. They used to activate the moment my boot first caught sight of me far down my path or the delivery driver was just getting out of his truck. I didn't make any changes to their settings and checked, everything was the same as before. I even tried a hard reset (hard reset) on two of them and it didn't fix the problem. Also, I now have issues where sometimes they just refuse to connect to wifi when I try to play or watch live view, but they still send notifications to my phone when something worked. Moving it didn't help and my wifi isn't an issue as none of the devices on my property are having issues - just these cameras. Interestingly, only sometimes. For example it will refuse to connect all day but the next three days will be fine, then a week will pass where it won't connect except for a few hours a day, and so on. So I'm pretty frustrated and will keep trying to play around with them and the SD card still works great. It just frustrates me to have such horrible lag in footage and every time I need to review it having to pull out and look at the card to see what it recorded and it refuses to connect .
