Very good, works very well

I installed 2 of these at my parents house 4 weeks ago. Installation was pretty easy. It wasn't difficult to connect them to Wi-Fi. They work great. The SD card works fine. Battery life on the go is 60% after 4 weeks, so not bad at all. Night vision is really good. I downloaded the application to my tablet, I really liked it. We recommend. The only caveat I'd like to warn you about is that some of the networks I'm subscribed to want to allow me to view them in real-time, but I can go to the…

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Some problems

One camera works great, takes a picture with the slightest movement, the other needs a large object within 15 feet. The settings are the same on both devices. Stop endless emails from customer service, always ask the same questions and give the same answers every time (robotics). The phone app works well as long as your home (hence the need for a PC client) has been around for a year. The camera records videos, the battery lasts about a month. This product is waste of money. Look elsewhere if…

Easy to set up and manage

It's that simple: 1. Take it out of the box.2. Inside is a user guide to guide you through the entire installation process.3. Make sure you know your router's password, as you'll need to plug it in to get notifications (unless you want it to be just a decoration). The process is self-explanatory and the Reolink camera's voice interface will guide you. Set one or more times for activation if you have a daily routine to avoid unnecessarily draining the battery. If you don't want that, make sure…

Very happy with Reolink

I bought one of these cameras a while ago after breaking into my garage and now I have 3 of them because they are awesome! Pros: - Good image quality - Good motion detection (in at least moderate lighting) - Amazing battery life, I charge mine about once a month - Intuitive, easy to use application with lots of features and support for multiple cameras. - Good price - No cables - Free Cloud storage for the first camera and reasonable price for additional cameras. The app is easy to install and…

Cameras don't record motion 90% of the time

I bought these cameras in February 2019 and recently installed them in my mother's house (June 2019). Half the time the cameras don't capture any movement. I set the recording time to 5 minutes and get less than 2 minutes recording time. The camera never catches my mother's neighbor entering or leaving the house, especially today when her dog nearly attacked a girl with a child and a girl running down the street with her dog. These people were right in front of our house and NONE of them were…

Best battery powered battery I've found but options available

I put a nest camera on the front and back of the house but the charge is long and after stealing the lawn mower I wanted those Cameras further in the backyard near the storage shed etc. There is no electricity so I bought a couple of these cameras. I installed the cameras about 50 feet from the back of the house and the Wi-Fi signal is too weak. I took a step closer, just 20 feet from the house, and even that camera is blurry. By the way I have Fios 150/150. WHAT I LIKE: 1). Setup is easy; 2)…

It used to be great. but not working well lately

I have four of these cameras which I bought within a year. First, I LOVE her. They have no subscription requirements and no wires running through my house. Just insert an SD card and connect it to WiFi. Motion detection on them was excellent. I had to adjust their position several times to make them notice every little detail (without lowering the sensitivity and drawing in my settings). Random neighbor cats scurry by quickly. They have a battery life of 1 1/2 to 2 months for me and that has…

Great price good quality good support

My neighbor's house was infiltrated so I did some research on outdoor cameras and this seems to be the best value and still good quality to offer . I needed battery powered cameras (because my apartment building didn't allow for wiring), a WiFi connection, and at least 2 cameras. I didn't find many other options and the big names were really expensive for two cameras. They were easy to install - just screw on a small plate with three screws and then remove and turn on with a small button. It…
