One camera works great, takes a picture with the slightest movement, the other needs a large object within 15 feet. The settings are the same on both devices. Stop endless emails from customer service, always ask the same questions and give the same answers every time (robotics). I bought these cameras in February 2019 and recently installed them in my mother's house (June 2019). Half the time the cameras don't capture any movement. I set the recording time to 5 minutes and get less than 2 minutes recording time.
