I bought these cameras in February 2019 and recently installed them in my mother's house (June 2019). Half the time the cameras don't capture any movement. I set the recording time to 5 minutes and get less than 2 minutes recording time. The camera never catches my mother's neighbor entering or leaving the house, especially today when her dog nearly attacked a girl with a child and a girl running down the street with her dog. These people were right in front of our house and NONE of them were caught on camera. These cameras are useless, as is the app and the online link to view through the computer. The camera timeout is 11 seconds. Again, I set the recording time to 5 minutes. I have solar panels installed. However, we don't get our money's worth. I uploaded a login link online and the data is mixed up (see attachment). I want the issue fixed, the cameras improved (at no cost to me) or a full refund. I'm sorry it took me so long to install the cameras. Image quality is the only decent camera quality.
