We are able to share information with all departments within iotic as well as other companies that we use. This helps us keep up to date with what is going on throughout the day. It has really helped streamline work flow and speed up production time. There have been times where there was an issue with the system but they were quickly remedied. The only thing is sometimes when you click something nothing happens. Sometimes this can be frustrating at first until you realize it just takes some patience.
