NOT for diabetics - my new review
This item is marketed as "diabetic shoes". Not nearly! Yes it has velcro but it is totally unable to accommodate swollen feet, it still has a solid toe box designed for normal feet and is totally useless if there is ANY swelling.

- My husband has diabetes and has limited use of his hands. They are easy for him to put on and he says they are very comfortable.
