Review on 🖤 Black Adjustable Groin Wrap - McDavid 475 by Noah Lewis

It has been 4.5 months since my right hip surgery and I have started to return to normal activities. This wrap gave me the support I needed to resume my lower body workout. It is fully adjustable and comfortable to wear. While I don't use a bandage specifically for groin issues, I recommend it to anyone who has pain, weakness, or instability in the hip joint. I have tried several other brands that support the hip but not the hip itself - this brace is by far the best. I wish I had this before surgery as it would probably help with my pain while waiting for surgery. I was not paid or compensated in any way for this review. I'm just a fan!
