It works but some horses are allergic to the active ingredients
I was given this to treat rain blight on my horses. Unfortunately I think one of my horses is allergic to sulfur and almost went bald! The other horse responded well. I'm also allergic to sulfur, so getting it on my hands and face causes contact dermatitis. I would recommend using rubber gloves with this or any other medicated shampoo and testing it on your horse!
