I worked at giatech for 4 years as an estimator/predictor before it was acquired by Pinnacle in 2015 (and renamed from Project Architect).

It has been another great experience there! The people were amazing - everyone cared about our needs & wants vs what we thought those would be when hiring them / interviewing us initially. We had some of best project managers out here that made sure everything went smoothly while managing large crews across multiple states. There is nothing really negative or disliking anything so far this year but maybe just small nit picks like better communication between team members during meetings etc could have helped improve productivity even more? Overall awesome group over all though :) My current role now entails estimating new builds and remodels where my goal each week is always improving efficiency within workflows which saves me additional labor costs down road without having too much extra overhead cost added into budget.
