I was looking for a decent lightweight foot support. I tried it and was very disappointed. The outsole plastic is too light and flexible to provide good grip. The leg strap stretches so much that it becomes narrower than Velcro. This caused severe irritation to my leg. I end up cutting the velcro to fit the strap. But the strap continued to stretch and narrow. The strap has also slipped down to the point where it no longer holds the device firmly to the calf. I added velcro on the back of the strap and it has helped a few. If it loosens further, the device will shift at the back of the healing area, causing irritation and blistering. Some improvements in outsole durability, padding in the healing area, and significant changes to the strap can make this possible. Be that as it may, this is an ineffective device that causes pain and injury. This is definitely a big mistake.
