Arrived quickly. This is where my positive review ends. I was expecting a 3D statue. He's flat. I was expecting something to put outside. I suppose I could put it outside, but I better hope it never rains and that there are absolutely no gusts of wind throughout the holiday season. The box had a hole in it and it looked like it had already been opened and sent back. I quickly realized why. The parts didn't fit together properly. The pins that are supposed to hold it together don't fit because the holes don't line up. As a result, the North Pole was crooked and shaky. I'm not sure I missed anything - judging by the table of contents it didn't seem so - but there was nothing to hold on to the North Pole flag or Rudolf's tail. The tail didn't stay up at all and the flag just dangled. The slightest push and he falls out. A gust of wind would have blown him across town. As I mentioned earlier, the flag and ball are made of plastic that's so thin it's practically paper-like. 35 dollars? I would even pay 35 cents for that. Request a refund now.
