I am posting this to dispel the bad reviews of it being 'small'. Each cone measures approximately 3/4" for the largest and 3/8" for the smallest. Small or large depends on the size of your aquarium. That's all you need, though, because 15-20 of these cones per night bask 20 gallons. I only cook them to help them drown, but I don't want to lose too much of the product's medicinal properties, so I only cook them for 30 minutes. Most people open them and get scared because they look dry and brittle. But like nature, this product needs time to really shine. Once you put them in an aquarium, plecos and catfish will graze on them and claim their surroundings. All cattle are more active, there is no case. All in all a great tan and don't add too much as you will need to do a massive water scrub the next day to remove the tannin.
