There was excess glue or metal on the blade causing each cut to be jagged.

I'm so disappointed I cut tons of cardboard. I went to replace my blade with a new set and the first blade of the two sets I put in had either excess glue or metal resulting in jagged edges on the cardboard with every cut. Then I put in the second blade from the 2 pack and all my parts have a slight curve or deviate from it. Now I'm not sure if it's related to the blade (I think) or if it's related to the new mat I bought at the same time. :(
