One of my kids loves the Kid Nation line. He is happy every time something new appears in our house and looks for the logo. He was excited about this set. It's on the thicker side so is great for cooler weather. The inside is soft and apparently comfortable (judging by the amount of times he wears it). Pants have a "narrow" cut. I would say one size up especially if your child is in between sizes. Mine usually wears a size 8 and the large size (8-10) fits much better. Medium (7-8) is always on the small side. This medium is still suitable for him, but it is obvious that he needs a larger size. The pants have pockets, which my kids always appreciate. We have a black and red set and it's disappearing very quickly. It makes it look old and I wouldn't allow my kids to wear it outside of our home/yard. However, my child liked it for home use.
