Outstanding quality for the price.
Had mixed reviews but this is a great summer skirt. It is adjustable at the waist. He had the typical pulling of the rope through the hole and wrapping to tie. I'm 1.60m and it falls just where I like it, below the knee, but because it has a ruffle the front is a bit shorter and looks cute. Don't expect department store quality but surprisingly good for the price.
