I was so keen to believe other reviews of the cons of this bag were based on getting lemons so when I received my bag a few months ago I did every zip, strap and checked every bag and was delighted if I didn't find anything wrong. Well, kidding me because I bought a bag for an overseas trip (taken off a few weeks after the return window closed) and on the first day of use the zipper broke for no apparent reason and didn't work my entire 9-day tour . I give it 2 stars because, in theory, it's a great holdall: small enough to fit in a suitcase, but big enough to carry essentials when you're on the go, and can be a handbag, backpack, or shoulder bag. But I'm disappointed I only used it once and it came with a broken zipper so this bag is done, money wasted and now back to the drawing board!
