Of the 5 different headsets I've tried, this is by far the most comfortable. The bottom isn't so tight together that you could accidentally hit the wrong one. The hatch opens with a button, which is very nice! My only complaints are: 1. It's the only headset that doesn't fit in my phone's thin Incipio case, although a case is probably not expected.2. The audio jack is on the right side, which means many phones rely on the power and volume buttons.3. Half of the video control functions on the included remote don't work in the VR video players I've tried: play/pause, forward/backward, previous/next and menus don't work in VR Player from VaR, VR Player Pro from SpherePlay, VR Media PoppoLab player. In addition, the remote control often has connection problems and the batteries supplied are already empty. However, I would recommend; Just don't expect too much from the remote control.
