This is my third pair. I wear them all day 5 days a week. There is one major downside that worries me. Maybe this third pair I just received will be improved. The problem lies in the assembly of the back of the shoe, the rack, the heel tab or some other word. If you use a shoehorn or your toe or whatever to put it on your heel it will last a very long time. BUT - if you try to put your foot in and accidentally push down on the tongue of the heel or the back of the shoe, then it's over. It loses its form and ability to affect your healing and begins gliding freely. You can also just push it all the way through and use it like a real shoe. But as long as you don't get crushed, these shoes are excellent. I found out.
