I have purchased other EZCast Miracast/Airplay dongles as well as a Cromecast which I found out after purchase does not support Miracast/Airplay and also requires a Wi-Fi connection to the router to work at all rather than one mobile data connection works phone. EZcast Pro 1.01 is the best Miracast/Airplay dongle which supports cell phone hotspot data connection but not required for Miracast/Airplay. In my opinion, HEROM are the cheaper options ($15-$30). which supports most resolutions only at 24/30 Hz. s is not compatible with most monitor displays, I got stuck at 720p at 60Hz, resulting in poor picture quality and 1080p at 30hz which my monitor doesn't support, or basically any other monitor. EZcast Pro 1.01 has a resolution of 1080p at 60Hz along with many other resolutions at 60Hz and delivers a really sharp HD picture.
