I love how it has created an opportunity for me as a young professional with little experience but lots of ambition to be able to have my own business! It's also given me opportunities that I didn't think were possible at such an early stage in life (such as using what you know from previous jobs).

The process itself can sometimes seem overwhelming or confusing - even when there's support available via their coaches. Don't get disheartened if this happens; just keep going forward and eventually everything will fall into place! Setting up our new team within TCS had been made easier by having someone who already knows us working alongside them every step of the way. This helped set expectations which meant we started off well before actually signing any contracts.
