Edit - Died a few days after install. Plan to return and order a Ford OEM Motorcraft part. Important note: The first picture shows the module with towbar (2 pins to the fans) but the last picture shows the module with only one fan pin, which in the past has always been the module for use without a towbar package. I have a 2011 Lincoln MKX with a trailer hitch. So when I opened the box and saw the 1-pin module, I immediately called Dorman. To my surprise, a real person contacted tech support and after looking at the part number and my VIN, he assured me it was the correct part and a new design that would work with or without the hitch. I started wrestling with this oiled hog and finally got it, but be careful you'll probably damage the radiator fins a bit if you don't remove the radiator hose. Most of the videos show people installing without removing the radiator hose, which is what I went for. I raised the heatsink a bit at the bottom but I don't think that will cause a problem. Anyway, after finally putting everything back together, I started the engine, turned on the air conditioning and the viola! The air conditioning fan is working properly again. The local shop charged $500 for repairs, so I saved about $330 in an hour of my time.
