I was unhappy that my dad's caretaker told me she had a problem with this (I bought two t-shirts). then I tried it on my paralyzed father. When you remove all the buttons on the sleeves to put it on, you won't know which button goes where. this is very frustrating. I won't buy any more because of this. Instead I buy one with velcro which makes it easy to see where the clasp goes.
