Has a nice look to it, kind of vintage-masculine… it heats food, but doesn’t nuke it. Doesn’t get super hot in the way of cooking raw meat or boiling water. It makes leftovers warm. I really like it .It takes about 45 mins to an hour for food to get really hot. Not bad at all. Esp if food is almost frozen? I have a couple of thoughts on the stainless steel insert. It's a bit shallow and it has a divider. When I showed it to my husband he asked me how he was supposed to heat up a slice of pizza in it. Have been using on a two week road trip. It’s beyond perfect to ensure I have a hot breakfast everyday. I hit the road each morning around 7. That’s too early to eat the hotel breakfast, so instead I put the breakfast like eggs, meat and a bagel in the lunchbox. The first time I left it plugged in for 2 hours. I first used this appliance on a Sunday since I wanted a hot lunch when I got home from church. I filled one side with some pinto beans and the other with a thick slice of corned beef given to me by a friend. The food was taken directly from the fridge so it was quite cold. This is convenient. I have to switch locations for work, sometimes I have time between locations for lunch, sometimes I have a bit more travel time. Being able to heat up my food while on location or driving is so nice. Not having to hope for microwave access, or stop along route to find one is a time saver. This is also so much better than having to use a public access microwave. It is quick to heat up and retains heat well. Easy to set up and clean. Well worth the cost.

This heated lunch carrier is versatile and well-constructed. Having a warm lunch usually means microwaving leftovers. This lunch box is a welcome and maybe superior alternative. I like the flexible power options and the food grade construction. It also has a thoughtful design with spaces for utensils, vent holes, and carrying bag.

It heated up leftovers from the fridge in an hour and non cold food in about 30 minutes. It's very easy to use, pretty much plug in and charge. The vents on the top let the heat out while cooking. Comes in a pouch to store it away when not in use.

My husband loves this but ours was damaged on arrival. Tried contacting support but was booted out before a solution was agreed upon.

I cook with it. Rice, noodles, cauliflower, asparagus, carrots, bananas and apples with honey,….Bananas & apples around 30 mins.Rice, 1hr. Portion size are great. There are 2 sections. I take mine to work plug it in for about an hour then unplug it. Your food is perfect not to hot not cold at all. You can leave it plugged in and food does not dry out. Perfect for those long lines for the microwave during lunch. By the time everyone has heated their food I’m completely done. Totally worth it.

I have tried other lunch boxes and they have all failed. This one seems to be of higher quality and more fit and finish in quality and design. Great for soups, stews and moist foods. Not so much for crisp or dry food heating as it does not have a vent to let moisture escape.

Seemed great at first - pretty design, heats up food fast, holds up a good amount of food. After about 2 weeks of use I noticed the bottom plastic was a little distorted. One week later, I smell plastic melting after having it plugged in about 25 minutes. The bottom plastic was melting. Pretty lunch box but not safe.

I was a bit skeptical getting this for myself. My biggest worry was that it would overheat the food or Just not do what it said it would do. But my worry’s were quickly dismissed as the product function passed my expectations. It’s well made and has a sturdy build. Pretty easy to clean because of the stainless steel frame for the food compartment. My only caveat would be that I wished it could take larger portion size. But overall a great product.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it. Our only complain/request is that we wish it came with (or they sold separately) a tray without the divider so it could hold a full size panini.

I bought this for my boyfriend because he is a roofer and never knows where he is going to be and was getting tired of sandwiches. So we decided to give a heated lunchbox a try and we come to find we love it. The only thing we would like to be different is the portion size to be bigger

Hubby loves it! Hubby’s heated lunchbox went out and since he is in the truck all day working he really needs a way to warm up his food. This came quickly and heavy is very pleased. Now he can have one food again!

Bought this as a gift for my friend. This comes with a warming bag. The portion size is appropriate and each section is large enough.

This is the best lunchbox I've ever had. It seals well - even when I bring soup to work, it won't leak. It heats up well and easy to clean. Great product!

I got this for my husband who drives from many different buildings during his work day. He’s rarely able to eat in the lunch room where the microwave is. This works great because he plugs it into his work vehicle and can have a warm meal on the go.
