I really like it .It takes about 45 mins to an hour for food to get really hot. Not bad at all. Esp if food is almost frozen? I have a couple of thoughts on the stainless steel insert. It's a bit shallow and it has a divider. When I showed it to my husband he asked me how he was supposed to heat up a slice of pizza in it. Also the insert is small because of that division hopefully a future version will either have a whole non divided insert for larger items or additional insert to the divided.Pizza, possibly sandwiches and larger items won't fit very well unless you cut it upThe utensils are a decent size and lovely I love that the spoon is an actual soup spoon.The carrying case is agood quality thick material It looks like it'll last.And finally the box is attractive I like that it's set up bento style your utensils and everything in one spotThe design of it is pretty as opposed to the other brands that are just plain looking boxesSo 4 stars From me because of the division of the insert It makes heating larger items a little bit more challengingIt still beats waiting in line for the microwaveBut this is definitely one that I would buy again in the if it broke down which I hope never happens I heated soup and left over brisket perfectly todayEdit: been using it alot lately and its a champ I've made pasta, soup. Red beans and rice, chicken adobo and more that division Is not a problem i found i lile heating two diff foods at once with one being a liquid no soggy bread! it's big enough that even full the food doesn't touch the top and stain. I changing it to 5 stars I'm really enjoying this
