I am 6'2" / 188 - purchased size large. Title notes "compression" and "leggings" as part of description. These are neither. If I had to give them an accurate descriptions it would be more "tights". The stitching is nice and flat, making them VERY form fitting. Sizing is very accurate. Pocket is functional for keys, iPod, small phone . For an under layer, these would work great. As far as compression goes, these are a FAIL! If you are looking for that specifically, move on. They offer a great fit, just not the compression you really need. Fabric and styling are nice. Waistband is very comfortable and sits right where a man needs. Online information notes they are great for several activities including cycling, running and yoga. These are TOO THIN! You might get away using them while jogging, BUT don't bend over. If wearing to yoga make sure you are in the back row. One downward dog and you will be on display. The size large is opaque while being worn, a medium would have offered more compression, but would have been stretched so tight they would been totally see thru! I will use them under shorts or as extra layer in cold weather, but alone is a recipe for disaster.
