Review on VA2246MH-LED ViewSonic LED Monitor with 💻 Anti-Glare, Office Inputs and 60Hz Refresh Rate by Troy Adow

The monitor worked as advertised. Picture and brightness are normal. The monitor comes with a speaker that barely works. If I turn the volume and computer volume all the way up, you can hear the Skype conversation in front of your desk as if someone were speaking softly. I wouldn't use a speaker unless you live in a very quiet area. To be honest, it's only marginally better than no sound at all. I'm deducting a star for that because I have a monitor and don't need to buy speakers. Now I have to buy some cheap speakers to overcome the lack of volume. The reason for the loss of another star was that the screen of the first monitor was chipped. Viewsonic replaced the monitor under warranty but I had to call multiple times as they were clearly having issues with their issue tracking system. My case got stuck somewhere and I had to call to solve it. They resolved the issue and paid for the return postage (otherwise I would have asked for a larger refund) but I had to spend hours on the phone trying to resolve it.
