Dead pixels in my opinion

I supposedly bought this monitor new; However, there are a few dead pixels on the screen. Nevertheless it works fine. I turned on G-Sync and saw how the low frame rate compensation works. It would be a great buy if it weren't for the dead pixels. The seller must ensure that the product is in new condition and has not been updated.
