The hat is much better in reality than in the picture. I am a professional chef and wear this to work. I have a fairly large head compared to most people and a thick mane of hair, so I have a hard time finding a cap that fits. I never buy hats without trying them on. Unless it is an original FlexFit cap. I choose the M/L option and they fit perfectly every time. The fabric is breathable and lightweight, making it perfect for our hot kitchen. It's comfortable and washable and looks pretty cool too. I would recommend this cap to anyone who might ask.
