not for everyone best in my review

This product is a great idea, it just did not work for my dog. It did not cover the surgery site so it did not keep from licking. If the time had not run out I would have returned it.

Pros

Seems to work fine for covering the surgery stitches, but is alittle big.

Cons

Runs small. Not great for male recovery because the shirt is open to where they would have sutures.

So much better than the cones they give dogs and cats. He was able to sniff to go outside potty! He was able to eat his food easily. You still have to supervise your pet while it is on. But once a week I washed it. It bounced right back. The vet still recommended that he use the cone. My neighbor had her dog done around the same time. We both would highly recommend this product. Both pets did awesome with this recovery shirt!
