My card was advertised as 256GB which should be 256,000,000,000 bytes of storage. However, the card I received only has a capacity of 248,765,218,816 bytes. Update: I contacted Silicon Power to let them know they sent me a unit with insufficient capacity. I received general answers to irrelevant questions. Then they completely ignored me. After repeated attempts to contact them, I finally received a thoughtful reply: Silicon Power is concerned that I received a counterfeit product and asked for a photo of the card to send to them. Unfortunately, after I sent them a photo, they again ignore me. I don't want other customers to receive cards with insufficient capacity, so I think it's very important that they respond to my concerns, but they don't seem interested in solving my capacity issues. What terrible customer service!
