Slightly minty, slightly stingy. I could use more mint, but I love peppermint. Low gloss. Very creamy and smooth - no texture. It has a thick, sticky texture that gets thicker or thinner depending on the ambient temperature. It is currently freezing and when this happened it was very difficult to get out. As soon as it touches the lips, it melts. As our house is kept cool (64* or below), it is still difficult to leave the house. So I put it in my pocket and my body heat heats it up so that it comes out easily. Actually too easy as I didn't have to press hard to get the bun. Small things have a big impact. Works the same as other lip balms. My lips don't feel dry after use, and they don't feel parched - something some lip balms can do (you know, when they dry/dissolve, it feels like more needs to be applied). So I am changing my rating from 3 to 4 stars. I just don't think I would buy it again.
