I've never liked on-ear headsets - they're tight and make you sweat in the summer. For the price this is a great option! It comes with different sized cones and two different densities, so you can choose the pair that gives you the most comfortable fit and the best passive noise cancellation. It has separate volume controls for the left and right channels and can switch between mono and stereo audio systems. It even has an auxiliary input for connecting to a phone or music source, but it's not amplified so make sure your audio source is. My only major complaint is that on long flights the junction box that protrudes from the mic shaft rubs against the bone behind/under the ear, but I was able to cover it with a thin piece of self-adhesive foam and it's much better. currently.
