The chair is perfect for my height of 6ft 3in and holds my weight (230lbs) great. The only downside is that the recline lock isn't that great, as it often disengages and I've had moments where I'd lean further back when I wanted it to stay upright, but I've never had problems with chair imbalances and falls.
