Once unscrewed from the middle knob to adjust the size it wobbles at the ends making it cheap. My main concern is that I have to be very careful not to hit the edges when I put my laptop in the holder as it will 100% get scratched. The top edge of the hole isn't padded, which is frustrating for fear of continuing to hit metal on metal and leave marks. Finally (and not most importantly) I chose this item over others because I was hoping that the color would be the same as my "space gray" laptop, but it isn't.
