Review on Cuisinart GG 12 GreenGourmet Hard Anodized Nonstick by Gina Clark

My fiance and I bought these to keep birds away. After a month of active use I can say YES IT IS SAFE FOR BIRDS! We have an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and family room in the same space. Our two cockatiels live in a family room and have no health issues. I had a hard time finding reviews from other bird owners to corroborate, so I sincerely hope this review will help other pet owners. =) I can't stress enough how important it is to follow directions and only use medium or low heat. We have a Frigidaire gas range with settings 1-6. We never go above level 4 when using these pans and this keeps the non-stick coating in place well. (I wonder if there has been some negative feedback from people using these pots and pans at higher temperatures than recommended.) Read the care instructions and you will have no problem with these beautiful pots and pans. This is exactly the quality I expect from the Cuisinart brand. I was happy to purchase the 10" and 12" pans separately which were not included in this set. (Part No. GG22-30, GG22-24)
