I was admittedly skeptical when I ordered this, my room is on the west with a large window and is just always hot, so I thought it was worth a shot. When I unboxed it, I thought oh it is just the nylon probably feels cool on your skin and that is the gimmick, but I have to admit. I fell asleep a lot quicker last night because I wasn’t so warm. I honestly can’t tell you if it is a trick of the mind or real science, but I am going to continue to use it and certainly feel it worth a try for someone who has a hard time getting to sleep because it is too warm.
