HP Ink is not only a rip off they just sent a software update WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE to printers during this pandemic while all of work from home third-party printer ink. No note. So you turn off third party cartridges and you go to print and nothing happens. GOOD customer service would be a notification from HP if they plan to do this. I've been an HP customer for a long time - more than 30 years - and this tactic left me with bad taste in HP. When this is all over, I'll switch. Shame on HP for this while people try to weather this pandemic.
