Very comfortable chair. It is nice that the back and seat inclination are adjustable, as are the armrests. I should be using it at max height but I think it's about what most people need it to be. Doesn't pump, so if that's important, then this isn't for you. This was a replacement for my home office chair that was falling apart so it was a very good choice. The assembly was not very easy and the printed instructions had errors, so it took me about 2 hours to assemble. If the instructions were clearer, I think 20 minutes would be enough. The construction is solid and of good quality and I expect this chair to last a long time.
