I recently became a fan of UCAN. Whey products give me digestive issues, but I love having a protein supplement to support the high-intensity activities I do. UCAN gives me an energy boost, and whatever it is, "super strength" is extremely beneficial. This allows me to eat a few hours before class without getting bloated or burned out. Or, if I have a high-intensity session late at night, I can drink this before bed and sleep soundly AND I'll have enough energy to sleep through the night. This is one of the best non-dairy proteins I've tried, but it's still not very good. I mix a few small scoops of Orange Metamucil with Chocolate UCAN and it makes the drink pretty good and gives it a bit more body.
